我們一直以為只要感到驚訝,老外就會(huì)說(shuō)Oh, my god(OMG)!然而這句話可不能隨便說(shuō)!一不小心就犯了大忌。
1、什么情況下不能說(shuō)OMG?
愛(ài)看美劇的寶寶肯定經(jīng)常聽(tīng)到OMG，那是因?yàn)槊绹?guó)人的宗教觀念沒(méi)有那么強(qiáng)，但OMG真的不能亂說(shuō),因?yàn)椋?br>
① 對(duì)于虔誠(chéng)的宗教信徒來(lái)說(shuō)God是灰常神圣的,那是人家的主,你隨便呼喚,人家會(huì)不高興的
② OMG是在特別"震驚"的時(shí)候才用你有事沒(méi)事就來(lái)一句,也太大驚小怪了,還以為你是個(gè)戲精呢
Quora上有人是這么回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的：
Saying “Oh my God” is “bad” because depending on who you are talking to, they may take that as an offence because they have certain religious beliefs.

Sure, it is a social norm, but I personally think you are better of replacing “God” with “gosh”. It is waaayyy safer, and will not offend the other person or people you are talking to.

2、用什么代替OMG?
想表達(dá)"我的天吶"既想保留OMG這種感覺(jué)，又不想冒犯別人試試這些表達(dá)：

4）Holy moly
5）For heaven’s sake!
6）Oh Jesus!
7）Blimey!
8）int. 哎呀，天哪(用于表示驚奇、激動(dòng)或驚恐)
